These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.endurance-aerospace.com ("Website") and any purchase or use of our aircraft systems, including the autonomous UAV platform (collectively, "Products" or "Services").

By accessing this Website or purchasing/using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Website or Products.

1. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose.

2. Product Usage Disclaimer

  • Endurance Aero’s autonomous UAV platform is intended for professional, military, or government use only.

  • Use of the aircraft and all associated systems must comply with all applicable local, national, and international aviation laws and export control regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and other relevant defence controls.

  • End-users are solely responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance during operation, modification, or integration of the system.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to product designs, specifications, schematics, branding, text, images, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Endurance Aero and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorised copying, modification, reverse engineering, or distribution of any content or Products is strictly prohibited.

4. Product Modification and Integration

  • Our platform is modular and configurable; however, any third-party modifications, payload integrations, or operational changes made without written authorisation from Endurance Aero are at the user’s sole risk.

  • Endurance Aero assumes no liability for operational failures or loss resulting from unauthorised changes.

5. Limited Warranty

  • Products are delivered "as is" unless otherwise specified in a signed purchase agreement.

  • Endurance Aero warrants that the Products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of [Insert Warranty Period] from delivery.

  • This warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, or combat-related losses.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In all events, The UK Drone Company Ltd trading as Endurance Aerospace liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

  • End-use monitoring and reporting may be required under defense or government agreements.
